Hola la familia de Buzznet! Since September 15th was the beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month, let’s take this time to appreciate all things Hispanic!!
I love Hispanic food! Since I’m from the Bronx, I grew up on eating yellow rice, cuchifritos, and platanos. I’m Jamaican but I’ve realized that Jamaican food and Hispanic food are similar in some ways. We just call it different names and season the food differently.
Fun Fact! Olympic gymnast, John Orozco, was my classmate! He would always miss days of school to train and it definitely paid off.
My next door neighbors are always blasting music which can be annoying but whenever they play Aventura, I forgive them.
All of my closest friends are Hispanic and I love them dearly. They teach me how to say bad things in Spanish and I teach them how to say mean things in Jamaican. It’s a win/win situation.
HAPPY HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH. By the way, I love this video
