Glee Recap: Season 3 Finale!
Hey Gleeks!! I’m back with another Glee Recap. I’ve been so behind on Glee but I’ve finally caught up now that school is over! So let’s start with the recap for GLEE SEASON 3 FINALE!

The first half of the episode was all about dedicating songs to one another. Mr. Schue sang a song to the seniors, the seniors sang a song to the underclassmen, and the underclassmen did vice versa. It was kind of boring but it needed to happen I guess. Maybe better song choices would have been better.

We also find out that Puck is graduating thanks to Quinn. Quinn realizes that she never really got over Puck and she kisses him while she helps him study. Puck is now motivated and passes his geography final with a C-. Brittany, however, is not so lucky. She has to repeat senior year since her GPA is a 0.0 (is that even possible?!). But she is planning on actually doing work so she can graduate in the following year.

I also thought Quinn and Joe Hart would be together. How is he going to feel when he finds out about Quinn and Puck? Maybe he won’t be returning to the show after this. Rory Flanagan will be returning though.
And now for the more important matters: ACCEPTANCE LETTERS!! Unfortunately, Finn and Kurt do not get into their dream school but guess who does…RACHEL BERRY. Of course Rachel would get in.

At first she is devastated because her fiancée and best friend won’t be accompanying her on her New York journey. She even considers deferring her acceptance in order to help Kurt and Finn get to New York. When I was watching this, I wanted to smack Rachel. The moment when she’s supposed to think of only herself, she doesn’t! Good thing all the other characters felt the same way; especially Finn. He calls off the wedding and tells Rachel to fulfill her dreams. Now that’s love.
Santana is also going to school in the city. Her mother, who is played by Gloria Estefan, saved a bunch of money for Santana to go to college. Since Santana got a scholarship to go to a school in Kentucky, the money was sort of “useless.” She ends up using the money to fulfill her bigger dreams in the city. So does this mean Rachel and Santana will finally be friends in the Big Apple?

This episode was kind of dull at first but got better towards the end. I wanted it to end with more pizzazz. But I cannot wait to see what the writers have in store. How will they keep up with all the characters if everyone is separated? Will some characters leave? Will new characters be a part of New Directions? So many questions! I want answers! I guess we’ll just have to wait for season 4.
Side note rants:
1. Why did they get their acceptance letters so late in the game? I remember getting college acceptance letters in March/April! Are performing art schools different?
2. Why did Rachel only have one suitcase? Who the hell leaves for school with one suitcase? And taking a train from Ohio all the way to New York City?!

3. Why didn’t her fathers see her off?
4. I’m thinking way too into this :)
