Glee Recap: Season 3, Episode 13
Hey Gleek Hey! This week’s episode was dedicated to Valentine’s Day - and I actually liked it this time.

The episode begins with Sugar inviting everyone to her V-Day party. There’s a catch though; NO SINGLES ALLOWED. Artie and Rory, the only acknowledged single people in Glee club, both want Sugar as a Valentine. In the end, Rory wins telling everyone that he is soon to be deported. I think he’s lying and only said that to get Sugar’s heart. Shame on you Rory!
Kurt also tells Rachel’s dads that she in planning on marrying Finn. Her dads pretend to be fine with it but they have something else up their sleeves. They allow Finn to sleep over at their house with Rachel. They’re plan was to make them see that living together is NOT easy. At first Rachel and Finn fight but of course nothing can break Finchel apart. They make up and even set a wedding date!

Brittana finally make progress in this episode but freakin’ Figgins bans them from PDA!

Apparently religious groups in the school were complaining. Santana then decides to test the God Squad by asking them to sing a song to Brittany for her since they were taking requests. The squad seems to be ok with it except for new member Joseph Hart (Samuel Larsen) aka Teen Jesus who has never met a gay person before. In the end, the squad sings the song for them and Brittana is back in action.

By the way, shoutout to Samuel Larsen for doing a GREAT job!
Mercedes also makes a big decision during this episode. She tells Shane (Papa Bear) about her and Sam. She also tells Sam that she cannot be with him since she feels bad for what she did to Shane. Mercedes then sings one of my most favorite songs: “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston. The song fit in the perfectly with her situation. It's crazy how Glee did a tribute to Whitney Houston unintentionally. They even dedicated the episode to her at the end. RIP Whitney :’(
Overall I really liked this episode. It was so much better than the one last week. I hope they keep this up!
P.S. Glee’s rendition of “Stereo Hearts” was so great. I find myself fangirling over Chord Overstreet more and more with each episode!
